Clara decided she wanted a ballerina birthday party 2 days after her last birthday. All year, if anyone did something nice for her she would respond by saying, "You can come to my Ballerina Birthday Party!" It was a big deal to her. I loved making it a big deal to the whole family.
We have a friend, Nicky, that is a professional ballerina and she loves kids! So she came up with amazing ideas for the party:
- learn about the life of a ballerina
- make your own tiara
- have ballerina cake
- go on an adventure (incorporating a whole ballet class)
- laugh with friends
- and then take a nap!
